Returns
All sales are final. As our items are personalized and made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review the situation and assist you accordingly.
Cancellations
Cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. After this window, your order will already be in process and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
