Shipping policy

At Louk creative, each item is carefully made to order, with thoughtful attention to detail and quality. Please take a moment to review our order processing and shipping timeline below.

Processing Time

All orders are handmade and custom-prepared in our studio in Brussels. Our standard processing time before shipment is 15 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Please note:
Processing times may vary during busy periods such as wedding season and the Islamic holidays. If your order is time-sensitive, feel free to contact us prior to placing it, we’ll always do our best to accommodate.

 

Shipping

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via your selected delivery method at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Shipping time depends on your location:

  • Belgium: 1–3 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: Delivery times vary by country

Please note that Louk creative is not responsible for any delays caused by postal services or customs. We ask you place your orders well in advance, so you'll get your little treasures in time and stress-free!
